T20Sports Fantasy is operated by T20Sports Authority Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based company (CIN U92419KA2023PTC174829). By using the platform, you confirm you are 18 years or older, a resident of India (or a permitted jurisdiction), and have completed KYC verification. Fantasy sports on the platform are treated as a game of skill under Indian law, and winnings from paid contests are subject to TDS (tax deducted at source) at 30% for net winnings above Rs 10,000 per contest.
Contest rules: each contest has a published entry fee, prize pool, winner count, and scoring system. Captain picks earn 2x points, vice-captain picks earn 1.5x points. The scoring system awards points for runs, boundaries, sixes, strike rate milestones, wickets, dot balls, maidens, catches, stumpings, and run-outs. The platform's scoring engine is audited quarterly by an independent chartered accountant. Disputes about scoring are resolved within 7 business days and the platform's decision is final.
Refund policy: deposits are non-refundable once contested entries are joined. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours for KYC-verified users. If a match is cancelled or abandoned without a result, all entry fees are refunded within 7 business days. If a contest is cancelled by the platform (for fraud detection, technical issues, or regulatory compliance), entry fees are refunded within 7 business days via the original payment method. Account rules: one account per person. Multiple accounts (multi-accounting) are prohibited and trigger immediate suspension with bonus clawback. Account sharing, selling, or transferring is prohibited. The platform reserves the right to suspend or close any account for fraud, abuse, or violation of terms. Suspension decisions can be appealed via the appeals process described in the customer-care page. Material breaches of terms (fraud, money laundering, account theft) are reported to law enforcement. Continued use of the platform after changes to terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

In IPL and BBL contests, Impact Player substitution follows official match protocol.
Score disputes
Final scores based on official match data. Disputes reviewed within 48 hours.
T20Sports Authority reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Common suspension triggers include multi-accounting (creating multiple accounts to abuse welcome bonuses), coordinated play (multiple players on same team to manipulate leaderboards), automated play (using bots or scripts to enter contests), and fraudulent payments (using stolen credit cards or unauthorized bank accounts). We cooperate with law enforcement on fraud investigations.
Terms updates: We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of updated terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may close your account within the notice period and receive a refund of any unused wallet balance above Rs 50 after KYC verification.

User agreement — what you accept when you sign up
By creating an account on t20sportsfantasy.com, you agree to the following user agreement. You confirm you are 18+, resident of a state where paid fantasy contests are permitted, and accept all contest rules, scoring decisions, and payout timelines described herein. The platform may modify these terms at any time with 14 days written notice via email; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes (contest rules, payout timelines) trigger a forced re-agreement step on next login. Disputes are governed by arbitration under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with seat at New Delhi.
Account eligibility and residency
You must be a resident of India aged 18+, with a valid PAN card and Indian bank account. You may not sign up on behalf of another person. Multi-accounting (one user, multiple accounts) is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeit of all balances. We detect multi-accounts via device fingerprinting, IP tracking, PAN-Aadhaar linkage, and bank account matching. Each user is limited to one verified account.
Contest rules, scoring, and result declaration
All contests lock at the official toss time. Fantasy points are calculated per our published scoring table — runs, boundaries, wickets, catches, milestones, strike-rate bonuses, economy bonuses, and captain/vice-captain multipliers. We use official match data from the broadcaster and ICC-recognized scoring partner. In case of match abandonment, rain-affected DLS result, or any data discrepancy, our published decision is final and binding within 24 hours.
Withdrawal rules and timelines
First withdrawal requires completed KYC (PAN + bank verification). Subsequent withdrawals take 30 seconds (UPI), 5 minutes (IMPS), or 2 hours (NEFT for >₹2 lakh). Withdrawals above ₹10,000 trigger 30% TDS deduction at source per Section 194BA. Withdrawals above ₹50,000 require additional bank statement verification (one-time per account). Disputed withdrawals escalate to customer care and resolve within 72 hours.
Account suspension, closure, and balance treatment
We may suspend accounts for KYC failure, suspected fraud, chargeback abuse, or violation of fair play rules. Suspended accounts are blocked from entering new contests; existing contest entries remain valid and any winnings are paid out after KYC completion. Closed accounts (user-initiated via Delete Account page) have 30 days to withdraw balance; after 30 days, dormant balances are forfeited to the responsible gaming fund.
Pre-Toss Prep
Pull the latest squad update 60 minutes before the toss. Confirm playing XI, watch impact-player designation, lock your selections before the deadline.
In-Match Adjust
Substitutions are locked at toss. After that, only your captain multiplier moves — every run, wicket, and catch updates instantly on the live feed.
Post-Match Review
Check the points statement within 9 minutes of the final ball. Disputes must be raised within 24 hours through customer care with the match-ID reference.
Fair Play and Anti-Cheating Rules
What we prohibit, why it matters, and how we detect it
Fair play is non-negotiable for skill-based fantasy. We prohibit multi-accounting (one user, multiple accounts), team-sharing (sharing your 11 with other players for sign-up bonus farming), chip dumping (losing on purpose in head-to-head to transfer cash between accounts), automated entry (bots that pick teams for you), and coordinated play (groups agreeing on selections to manipulate contest outcomes). Violators lose all balances and have accounts closed.
Detection methods and signal sources
Multi-account detection: device fingerprinting, IP tracking, PAN-Aadhaar linkage, bank account matching. Team-sharing detection: selection overlap analysis between accounts flagged for shared device or IP. Chip dumping detection: transaction pattern analysis (deposit / withdraw cycles in H2H between the same two accounts). Automated entry detection: timing-pattern analysis and CAPTCHA failures. Each method has a manual review step before enforcement.
Enforcement and dispute path
Confirmed violators face: balance forfeiture (refunded to original payment source minus winnings), account closure, and permanent ban via PAN + Aadhaar + bank account fingerprint. Disputes route to our grievance officer within 7 working days per IT Rules 2021. Unresolved disputes can escalate to the Department of Consumer Affairs online platform at consumerhelpline.gov.in. We publish a quarterly fair-play report with stats.
